Five years of hard work and dedication have led SPP toa new era of reform 2.0. On December 10th, the fifth anniversary of thecompany's successful reform, a warm and heartfelt exchange took place in thecompany's work group. The sincere feelings of veteran employee Wen Changhongresonated widely, and Chairman Zhang Lei's profound summary further ignited thecollective spirit. Members of the company's management team and representativesfrom various departments all shared their thoughts. Wen Changhong, an employee who has been with thecompany since graduating from university and is now retired but still working,emotionally said, "Today marks the fifth anniversary of Chairman Zhangleading the employees of the former Petrochemical Pump to strive and progress.It is a great day. Petrochemical Pump has transformed from a company with novitality, heavy debts, and many employees seeking their own livelihoods to acompany standing proudly in Yuhong. This is a turning point in life. It hasgiven the old pump workers a new home, the courage to live, and a sense ofpride and honor. We are grateful to the leadership. Ren Jiawei, the projectmanager of the Project Management Department, deeply felt the effectiveness ofthe management reform. Wang Yinggan, a technician at theTechnology Center, expressed that the five years of SPP's reform have been fiveyears of hard work and growth. Wang Xiaoyong, a purchaser atthe Procurement Center, vowed to remember the chairman's words and fight forthe vision with persistence and faith. Chang Zhando, from the Technical SupportDepartment, compared the dramatic changes before and after the reform,believing that process optimization and information construction havecompletely transformed the company's appearance and greatly enhanced teamcohesion. In the journey of SPP's greatrejuvenation, there has always been a moment of 'not forgetting the originalintention' and 'fighting for the vision' of faith! The road ahead is long, butthe mission is bright!
